Your role as Technical Advisor will be to provide technical support to our internal and external customers.

Duties and responsibilities

Respond to various customer and technical staff requests (phone calls and emails), take charge of requests that can be answered and follow up, if not transfer them to the right resource persons.
Ensure follow-up and challenge suppliers during questions or problematic situations.
Research, open and identify electronic and hydraulic schematics required to support the employee in equipment repairs.
Create, validate and deliver the required training for technical staff.
Communicate and respond to various requests and questions from the parts department.
Do tests in the workshop for equipment repairs.
Be looking for replacement parts to ensure the continuity of repairs.
Provide on-the-road training for our customers and technicians on equipment.
Any other related tasks.

Requirements

Relevant training in mechanical, hydraulic or electromechanical automated systems.
Relevant experience of 5 to 10 years as a mechanic or electromechanic, ideally in the field of nacelles and lifting platforms.
Very good ability in reading electrical and hydraulic plan with European standard (a major asset).
Good judgment, ability to read its environment and a spirit of synthesis.
Excellent priority management.
Good ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Skilled communicator and mobilizing leadership.
Have a positive attitude, be open to change, be committed and have a good team spirit.
A good command of IT and management tools.
Ability to visualize equipment and a situation without having the machine in front of you.
Stimulate by mechanical challenges and the search for solutions.

Salary and benefits

Depending on experience, starting at 30.00$/hour
